By accessing or using Green Journal ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.

2. Financial & Regulatory Disclaimer (Non-Advisory)

Green Journal is strictly a trade logging, analytical visualization, and self-reflection software platform. We are NOT registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India), the SEC, or FINRA as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or research analyst.

No content, chart metric, win-rate calculation, or AI insight generated within the application constitutes stock advice, trading tips, or financial planning. You retain 100% sole responsibility for all your trading decisions and capital risks.

3. Subscriptions & Strict No-Refund Policy

• Monthly Subscription: ₹149 / month
• Annual Subscription: ₹799 / year (Save 55%)

Payments are billed in advance via secure payment gateways (Razorpay). Strict No-Refund Policy: All subscription payments are final, non-refundable, and non-creditable under any circumstances. No cash refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for unused software periods or early cancellations. You may cancel renewal at any time in App Settings.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership of your logged trade entries, notes, and uploaded chart images. You grant Green Journal a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to deliver the service to you.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to bypass security mechanisms or gain unauthorized account access.
• Automated web scraping, rate-limit abuse, or API stress testing.
• Reverse engineering or copying proprietary codebase UI elements.
• Uploading malicious payloads, virus scripts, or illegal content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Journal, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential trading losses, lost profits, software downtime, or data corruption arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
